Jr ArchitectPunawale Pune location

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development of architectural designs from concept through completion.
• Create detailed drawings 3D models and renderings using CAD software (AutoCAD Revit SketchUp etc.).
• Collaborate with project teams including senior architects engineers and contractors.
• Conduct research on design materials building codes and regulations.
• Help prepare presentations project proposals and reports for clients and stakeholders.
• Participate in site visits to monitor project progress and ensure design adherence.
• Assist in resolving design and construction issues as they arise.
• Stay updated on architectural trends sustainable design practices and industry standards.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Experience: 12 years of experience in architectural design or a related field.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in architectural design software (AutoCAD Revit SketchUp Adobe Creative Suite).
• Knowledge of building codes construction methods and materials.
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles and drafting techniques.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
