Job Description
- As an integral part of the Marketing team you collaborate with various stakeholders on upcoming campaigns and other marketing and communication initiatives.
- You participate during ideation and contribute with a designers perspective.
- You create visuals for social media posts banner ads email communication website content outofhome advertising exhibition materials print ads and brochures.
- You ensure a cohesive brand experience across a variety of touchpoints (on & offline) by following our established design language while adding your own flair.
- You collaborate closely with other designers during the process iterate and help to continuously refine the visual brand of Scalable Capital.
- You are an advocate for design thinking inside and outside your team and stay uptodate with the latest trends in design and design technology.
Qualifications :
- Relevant previous work experience in visual design with a strong portfolio to show your trackrecord
- Proficiency in Figma Adobe Illustrator Photoshop and InDesign (descending importance)
- A passion for creative meaningful and impactful communication
- Experience/background in illustration is a plus
- Excellent craftsmanship with an eye for detail and consistency that enables you to deliver high quality output
