Job Description
- Product Innovation: As a Product Manager for Scalables Digital Wealth Management offering you will play a pivotal role in shaping marketleading product initiatives that delight both our retail clients and B2B partners.
- Collaborate with engineering teams and a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders to develop and deliver innovative solutions that effectively address the needs of the financial landscape.
- Product Strategy & Roadmap Development: Define and execute a clear product strategy and roadmap that aligns with client needs and company goals.
- EndtoEnd Product Ownership: Take full ownership of the product development process from discovery to launch ensuring highquality delivery of solutions that solve challenging problems.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Engage and coordinate efforts with internal teams external partners and regulatory bodies to facilitate seamless integration and compliance with capital market standards.
- Resource Management: Effectively manage resources create detailed timelines and monitor dependencies across multiple teams to ensure timely and successful product delivery.
- CrossFunctional Collaboration: Lead integrations with other Scalable Capital services ensuring that all product offerings are cohesive and enhance the overall client experience.
- Agile Methodologies: Utilize agile methodologies to drive product development facilitating regular ceremonies including sprint planning retrospectives and crossteam syncs to enhance collaboration and transparency.
- Market Analysis & Competitor Insights: Conduct ongoing market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions and maintain a strong understanding of industry trends.
Qualifications :
- Passion for technology finance and digital products
- Experience in product management ideally in the capital markets or banking domains
- Experience in building highly scalable & reliable cloudnative microservicebased technology platforms
- Strong analytical thinking leveraging both quantitative and qualitative data to drive decisions
- Utmost attention to detail and a culture of excellence
- Excellent communication skills that are clear concise and targeted towards your audience software engineer stakeholder or executive
- A great understanding of and focus on customer problems and needs
- Handson mentality: from ideation and research to prototype and user story you can handle it
- Experience with common agile working tools like Jira Confluence Figma and similar applications
- Excellent English communication skills (German is advantageous but not necessary)
