Job Description
We are working with a top 10 UK accountancy firm that has a strong reputation for providing exceptional services to clients across a broad range of industries. This prestigious firm is currently seeking a skilled and motivated Private Client Tax Director to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of private clients overseeing the compliance process to ensure timely and accurate filing.
- Identify taxsensitive expenditure and address broader tax issues within the portfolio.
- Work closely with Tax Partners to deliver highquality tax advisory services.
- Lead and develop the private client tax team by providing coaching conducting appraisals and offering guidance on assignments to foster skill development.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular contact and by attending client meetings.
- Monitor your own utilisation productivity and workinprogress (WIP).
- Provide feedback and guidance to team members to support their professional growth.
Requirements
What We Are Looking For:
- CTA ACA ACCA CA qualified (or equivalent).
- Exposure to multiple sectors is highly advantageous as our clients come from various industries.
- Significant experience in personal/private client tax or mixed tax in a similar role within a practice environment.
- Strong technical knowledge and the ability to research complex areas of tax legislation.
- Demonstrated ability to identify new business opportunities and develop client relationships.
