Position: Programmer Analyst 2
Location: Richmond VA (23220)
Client: State of Virginia
Duration: 12 Months

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Programmer Analyst 2 to develop a Daylog for the Virginia Field Audit Compliance Tool (VFACT). This role involves creating a digital timesheet system that tracks working hours records expenses and generates reports to support Tax Field Auditors. The ideal candidate will thrive in a hybrid work environment contributing to a crucial project that enhances audit activity tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a Daylog system integrated with VFACT.
  • Ensure accurate realtime updates for auditors and management.
  • Track working hours and expenses effectively.
  • Generate comprehensive reports for hours and expenses.
  • Collaborate under the direction of the VFACT Application Manager.

Technical Skills Required:

  • Proficient with Angular (2 Years)
  • SQL and Oracle Database experience (2 Years)
  • Knowledge of REST API (2 Years)
  • Understanding of Tax Audit Process (Highly desired 2 Years)
  • Familiarity with Time and Expense tracking systems (Highly desired 2 Years)
