Job Description: Virtual Assistant Customer Support

Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive empathetic and resourceful Virtual Assistant for Customer Support to join our team. In this role you will provide topnotch assistance to our customers by addressing their inquiries resolving their concerns and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This position requires excellent communication skills problemsolving abilities and the ability to work in a remote environment effectively.

Key Responsibilities

1) Customer Assistance
Respond to customer queries via email chat and/or phone promptly and professionally.
Provide accurate information about products/services pricing policies and procedures.
Guide customers through troubleshooting steps or processes.

3) Issue Resolution
Identify research and resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are resolved to their satisfaction.

3) Administrative Support
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Update and manage customer profiles in the CRM system.
Prepare reports on customer feedback recurring issues and potential areas for improvement.


4) Proactive Engagement
Monitor customer feedback and suggest ways to improve products
