Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and versatile HR Generalist to join our dynamic research consulting organization.
Manage endtoend recruitment processes including sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding new hires.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with the organization s goals and compliance standards.
Oversee employee engagement initiatives fostering a collaborative and positive work culture.
Handle payroll processing benefits administration and leave management efficiently
