Job Description
Job Title: JAVA Web Developer
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:
Responsibilities:
- Design develop and maintain web applications using Java and related frameworks.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to analyze user requirements and design software solutions.
- Ensure highquality code by performing unit tests debugging and implementing best practices.
- Optimize web applications for maximum speed scalability and security.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle including coding testing and deployment.
- Stay uptodate with emerging trends and technologies to incorporate into application development.
- Maintain technical documentation and provide support for existing applications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a JAVA Web Developer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of JAVA Spring Boot Hibernate and related frameworks.
- Proficiency in frontend technologies like HTML CSS JavaScript and modern libraries/frameworks (e.g. Angular React).
- Experience with databases such as MySQL PostgreSQL or MongoDB.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and web services.
- Strong problemsolving and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Knowledge of DevOps tools like Jenkins Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or Google Cloud.
- Experience with version control systems like Git.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance.
