Job Description:
The Business Operations Manager will play a crucial role in supporting Demo Loan Services projects initiatives communications and dashboards. This position involves working closely with internal teams and crossfunctional partners to align business and operational goals through effective use of technology and project management. The analyst will build strong relationships with regional teams to identify opportunities for improvement using change management strategies.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct data analysis and generate reports using domain expertise building data sets based on KPIs.
- Establish criteria for evaluating business processes and designs in the assigned technology or business area.
- Assist in developing and coordinating the implementation of business processes such as New Product Introduction or EndofLife Planning.
- Identify business issues that impact delivery margins or consistency based on metrics analysis.
- Facilitate major initiatives and subprojects ensuring timely execution.
- Ensure consistent communication and branding including CEC and SharePoint compliance stakeholder updates newsletters and IT release information.
Knowledge & Skills
- Familiarity with best practices in business operations and related disciplines.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets databases and other tools used for operational analysis.
- Advanced knowledge of company practices with the ability to enhance processes through analytical thinking and problemsolving.
- Strong communication skills capable of explaining complex information and building consensus.
- Experience in project management coordinating large initiatives and crossfunctional teams.
- Possess strong business acumen understanding key business drivers and using this knowledge to recommend improvements.
- Education Experience and Certifications
- Bachelors degree 5 years of related experience or
- Masters degree 2 years of related experience
