Job Description
- Dynamics Tech Lead/Sr Developer Operations Technology Role
- We are looking for a Senior Microsoft Dynamics and Power Apps developer who is familiar with Al Builder and CoPilot.
- The candidate will take ownership for the whole end to end delivery performing analysis design configuration testing and maintenance of largescale case management application.
- The successful candidate will be a highly motivated individual with significant experience in architecture design and development of applications on MS Dynamics/power platform and having reasonably good communication skills.
- He/she will be part of a global team that will help onboard different operational usecases that currently require manual work and consequently bring more efficiency and risk reduction benefits for our Operations users.
- This requires close collaboration with peer infrastructure teams business function aligned teams and with business users.
- Specifically the person will be responsible for the following
- Work with the Product owner/stakeholders/business analysts to understand the requirements conducting tech analysis and producing project plan.
- Define Architecture and Design.
- Build functionality within Dynamics in an iterative fashion with full unit and integration tests for each function.
- Responsible for Integrating external systems using Azure logic apps data migration and setting up standard and custom reports
- Responsible for setup administration and user training of the DynamicsCE system
- Responsible for integrating Al Builder and CoPilot with Dynamics
- Responsible for setting up security configuration for the production and other environments
- Help support release deployment and provide post production support
- Experience in the following technologies
- Microsoft Dynamic 365 Customer Engagement Experience with Power Apps Power automate Plugins Al Builder CoPilot and related architecture and design practices
- Experience with Azure Azure DevOps for CI/CD and C#.net
- Experience of iterative/agile development practices
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
- Excellent communication skills
- Familiar with basic Machine Learning concepts
- Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture Patterns
- Experience with full lifecycle application testing (functional regression performance integration etc.) and delivery management.
- Comfortable with direct interaction with the business users at all levels
- Bachelors degree in computer science equivalent field or equivalent experience.
- 5 years experience building web applications
