Role Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Architect to lead and contribute to the design and coordination of residential projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of residential designs and a deep understanding of the architectural design process from concept development through to execution. The role will involve collaborating with clients contractors consultants and internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of residential projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of residential designs and a deep understanding of the architectural design process from concept development through to execution. The role will involve collaborating with clients contractors consultants and internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of residential projects.
Key Responsibilities:
1)Design Coordination: Oversee the entire design process for residential projects ensuring design concepts are effectively translated into practical solutions. Coordinate design efforts across all disciplines ensuring the integration of structural MEP and other systems.
2)Residential Project Design: Lead the design development of residential projects creating innovative functional and aesthetically pleasing architectural solutions. This includes space planning fa ade design interior layouts and material selection.
3)Client Liaison: Engage with clients to understand their vision and requirements providing design expertise and advice throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure client satisfaction with the design outcome.
4)Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal design teams engineers consultants and contractors to ensure that designs are feasible meet regulations and adhere to project timelines and budgets.
5)Project Documentation: Produce detailed design drawings presentations and specifications. Prepare and review architectural documentation including plans elevations sections and 3D models.
6)Quality Control: Ensure that all designs meet company standards local building codes and regulations. Conduct regular design reviews and quality control checks during the project phases.
7)Project Management Support: Assist in the management of project timelines budgets and resources to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.
8)ProblemSolving: Address designrelated challenges proposing creative solutions that meet client needs while maintaining design integrity and functionality.
