Job Description
Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Bartender to join our team at Restaurant Name. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of mixology a friendly personality and the ability to provide excellent customer service in a fastpaced environment. As a Bartender you will be responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests and ensuring high standards of cleanliness and organization at the bar.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take drink orders in a professional and friendly manner.
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
- Mix ingredients to create cocktails ensuring quality and presentation are in line with restaurant standards.
- Provide recommendations for drink pairings and suggest menu items.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area including stocking supplies and cleaning glassware.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and safety regulations including responsible alcohol service.
- Interact with guests to create a memorable experience and address any concerns or special requests.
- Handle cash process payments and manage tabs as necessary.
