Job Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Barista to join our team at Caf /Restaurant Name. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee excellent customer service skills and experience in preparing and serving highquality beverages. As a Barista you will be responsible for preparing espressobased drinks ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks including espresso cappuccinos lattes and specialty beverages according to recipes and customer preferences.
• Operate coffee machines grinders and other equipment to ensure drinks are made with consistency and quality.
• Take customer orders provide recommendations and ensure a positive and welcoming experience for all guests.
• Handle cash transactions and process payments through the POS system.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station utensils and dining area.
• Refill supplies and manage stock to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Monitor inventory and report low stock levels to the management team.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
• Provide excellent customer service addressing customer concerns and making sure their needs are met.
