- End client is seeking a dynamic highly organized and experienced IT Project Manager to join their team on a contractor basis.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Cyber Security and IAM projects with the ability to collaborate effectively with other Project Managers across the organization. A proven track record in cybersecurity is a significant advantage.
- As an IT Project Manager you will be responsible for planning executing and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
- You will oversee project teams ensure client satisfaction and manage all aspects of project delivery from initiation to completion.
- Define project scope goals and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive project plans that align customer requirements with company goals and coordinate various managers and technical personnel throughout all phases.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time within scope and within budget.
- Work closely with other Project Managers to ensure alignment and integration of projects across the organization.
- Provide timely updates to stakeholders on project progress risks and issues.
- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
- Allocate and track project resources ensuring optimal utilization and productivity.
- Identify mitigate and manage project risks and issues.
- Develop contingency plans to address potential obstacles and ensure project continuity.
- Ensure all projects meet the highest quality standards.
- Conduct postproject evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
- Leverage IT infrastructure and Cyber Security experience to guide and support project teams ensuring robust security measures are implemented where needed.
- Bachelors degree in business management or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT project management with expertise in IT infrastructure and Cyber Security/IAM.
- Strong organizational leadership and problemsolving skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (PMP certification is a plus).
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
