With the option to work remotely up to 80% of the time. The working position is Hybrid On Site and Telework
Fulltime Role
- 8 Years Experience eliciting requirements from customer interviews and creating wellwritten system requirements documents.
- 8 Years Experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- 8 Years Experience in business process reengineering and software process flow improvement.
- 8 Years Experience developing user stories and use cases that conform to business analysis best practices.
- 8 Years Experience designing mockups and wireframes that adhere to UX best practices.
- 5 Years Demonstrated strong communication and facilitation skills.
- 5 Years Demonstrated strong writing and organization skills.
- Preferred Qualifications:The following experience is preferred but not required:
- 3 Years Documented experience with requirements management software such as Modern Requirements.
- 3 Years Documented experience with issue tracking software such as Atlassian Jira.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Develop comprehensive system requirements documentation.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.
- Create user stories and use cases to guide development teams.
- Design and present mockups and wireframes in accordance with UX principles.
- Facilitate meetings conduct requirementgathering sessions and provide ongoing project support.
- Ensure documentation and deliverables meet industry best practices and organizational standards.
- Expertise in business process reengineering and software process improvement.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in industrystandard documentation and tracking tools.
- Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment.
