Job Description:
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in business administration or a related field is preferred
- Proven experience (3 years) as an Executive Assistant Administrative Assistant or similar role supporting senior leaders in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook) and familiarity with scheduling and project management tools.
Desired Skills:
- Coordinating and managing the executives daily schedule including meetings appointments and travel arrangements.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize manage multiple tasks efficiently and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and problemsolving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Additional role initiative and group information:
- Support administrative tasks as needed ensuring smooth office operations.
- Schedule travel appointments and meetings.
