Job Description
Role: Senior Strategy Analyst
Location: Folsom New Jersey 08037(Hybrid)
Duration: 6 Months
Summary:
The Strategy Program Management Team is responsible for the tracking and execution of opportunities to drive growth and/or strategic initiatives for SJI. The team is the primary driver in harmonization efforts across the enterprise for SJI strategy execution.
As the Senior Strategy Analyst you will play a key role in developing and executing business strategies conducting indepth market and financial analysis and supporting senior leadership in decisionmaking processes. This position requires a combination of analytical skills strategic thinking and effective communication to influence key business decisions.
This is a contract to hire position.
Requirement:
- Bachelors degree in Business Economics Finance or a related field.
- 57 years of experience in management consulting corporate strategy financial analysis or a related field.
- Proven experience in performing quantitative analysis developing business strategies and working with crossfunctional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel Power BI and PowerPoint; advanced skills in financial modeling and data analysis.
- Ability to synthesize data and insights to develop clear actionable recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information to senior executives clearly and concisely.
- Ability to influence and build relationships with senior leadership and crossfunctional teams.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research competitive analysis and industry trend assessments to identify growth opportunities and potential risks.
- Analyze business performance financial data and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable strategies.
- Develop strategic frameworks financial models and presentations to support executivelevel decisionmaking.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects ensuring deliverables are met on time and within scope.
- Assist in the development of business cases for new initiatives including feasibility assessments and ROI projections.
- Prepare detailed reports presentations and briefing materials for senior leadership meetings board presentations and investor communications.
- Provide recommendations to executives on business strategies investment opportunities and other critical decisions.
- Utilize advanced analytical tools (e.g. Excel Tableau Power BI etc.) to gather analyze and interpret large sets of data.
- Make datadriven recommendations to optimize business performance and strategy execution.
