Tasks
What Youll Do
As our Lead Performance Marketer youre in the trenches from day one executing highimpact multichannel campaigns:
- Launch Optimize & Scale
Set up refine and scale paid campaigns on platforms like Google Meta and more. No delegatingyoure handson from day one.
- DataDriven Execution
Analyze performance data from tools like GA4 Amplitude and Hotjar to uncover opportunities tackle challenges and maximize ROI on every franc spent.
- Rapid Testing & Optimization
Run agile tests and realtime optimizations to drive each campaign to peak efficiency and impact.
- CrossFunctional Impact
Collaborate with creative product and analytics teams to ensure your execution aligns with and drives Gowagos mission.
- Innovation & Best Practices
Stay ahead of industry trends and translate fresh ideas into practical highimpact improvements through direct action.
Requirements
Who Were Looking For
- BattleTested Experience
Youve managed sixfigure ad budgets built campaigns from scratch and scaled them profitably. We need someone whos been in the trenches going the extra mile.
- DataDriven Operator
You know how to optimize campaigns using hard data turning numbers into revenuedriving actions.
- Technical Proficiency
Youre handson with paid advertising platforms (Google Ads Facebook Ads etc.) and have a strong grasp of SEO strategies.
- Independent Doer & Team Player
You excel working autonomously in a fastpaced setting while embracing an ownership mentality and collaborative spirit. You thrive in an openminded feedbackfriendly environment.
- Problem Solver
Youre creative and resourceful ready to tackle obstacles headon and turn challenges into opportunities.
