Are you passionate about blockchain cryptocurrencies and building revolutionary platforms CRYLO is looking for a Lead Frontend Developer & Creative Designer who is not only a master of React and Bootstrap but also a visionary creative with experience in AI image generation and manipulation. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise design creativity and marketing awareness to build a sleek highconverting user interface for our AIdriven investment platform.
You will own the entire frontend development and design process ensuring that our platform is not just functional but visually stunning userfriendly and engaging. As our design and UX/UI expert youll work closely with the CTO and backend developers to create an intuitive experience for investors entering the DeFi space.

Tasks
- Develop and optimize our frontend using React Bootstrap and modern UI frameworks.
- Design and implement an intuitive highperformance and mobileresponsive user interface.
- Integrate AIgenerated visuals into the platform leveraging tools like MidJourney Runway ML or Stable Diffusion.
- Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and data visualization tools.
- Enhance user engagement through interactive aestheticallypleasing UI/UX elements.
- Take ownership of the frontend development roadmap ensuring scalability and performance.
- Follow and implement best security practices in frontend coding for a financial platform.
Requirements
- Bachelors or higher degree in Computer Science of a renowned university.
- 5 years of experience in Frontend Development (React/Bootstrap JavaScript HTML5 and CSS3).
- Familiarity using Scrum/Agile development methodologies.
- Proven ability to create highconverting landing pages and user interfaces.
- Experience in the crypto/DeFi space with an understanding of blockchainbased applications.
- Experience with Web3 development (e.g. wallet integrations dApps) is a big advantage.
- Strong design sense and experience with UI/UX tools like Figma Adobe XD or Sketch.
- Expertise in AI image generation/manipulation (e.g. Stable Diffusion MidJourney DALLE Photoshop AI tools) is a huge advantage.
- Native English strong copywriting ability is a plus.
- Creative thinker who understands branding marketing and conversion strategies.
- Familiarity with agile workflows and collaboration tools like Jira GitHub and Slack as well as using Scrum/Agile development methodologies.
