5 years of experience in sales with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Demonstrated success in managing and scaling sales operations.
Experience in financial services or fintech is a significant advantage.
Strong leadership and teambuilding capabilities.
Excellent negotiation communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) and sales analytics.
