Job Description

Sales Manager needed in a Financial Institution in Bandra East Mumbai.
Immediate Joining.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives to drive revenue growth and expand Companys market share. This role demands a resultsoriented leader with exceptional team management. skills and a proven track record in sales leadership within the financial or related industries.

Sales Strategy & Execution:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve organizational revenue goals.

Identify new markets customer segments and growth opportunities.

Oversee the entire sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure.

Team Leadership:

Build lead and mentor a highperforming sales team.

Establish clear KPIs for the sales team and ensure consistent achievement of targets.

Conduct regular training and skill development programs for team members.

Customer Relationship Management:

Foster strong relationships with key clients partners and stakeholders.

Work with the marketing team to align sales efforts with campaigns and promotions.

Gather market feedback to refine offerings and improve customer satisfaction.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

Track sales performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for senior leadership.

Analyze trends and adjust strategies to maximize sales effectiveness.

Manage the sales budget and allocate resources efficiently.

Educational Background:
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Finance or a related field. MBA is highly preferred.

Professional Experience:

5 years of experience in sales with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

Demonstrated success in managing and scaling sales operations.

Experience in financial services or fintech is a significant advantage.

Skills:

Strong leadership and teambuilding capabilities.

Excellent negotiation communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) and sales analytics.
