2. and nbsp;Implementation and nbsp;Planning: and nbsp;
Creating and nbsp;a and nbsp;detailed and nbsp;plan and nbsp;for and nbsp;the and nbsp;deployment and nbsp;of and nbsp;SMART and nbsp;IT and nbsp;including and nbsp;timelines and nbsp;resource and nbsp;allocation and nbsp;and and nbsp;risk and nbsp;management and nbsp;strategies.
