Job Description
We are looking to recruit a Senior Product Manager of Bank Payments to become part of the Product Team responsible for building and managing client Embedded Wallet products.
This role would need to work closely with our customers engineers sales legal compliance and operational teams across the client Group and must have prior experience and knowledge in the payments space.
What to expect:
Roadmap custodianship: work closely with the Embedded Wallet product leadership to draw and coown the short and longterm priorities and roadmap for payments.
Product design: Build a deep understanding of the customers needs collect and incorporate quantitative and qualitative data and market research into product iterations and optimization roadmaps.
Product Requirements: Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to understand their needs propose and validate solutions and create detailed product requirements.
Development support and delivery responsibility: work closely with one or more delivery teams and be responsible for the roadmap designs specifications and deliverables of the team.
Product Advocate: gain a deep understanding of the Embedded Wallet product and wallet platform capabilities educate and ensure new and prospective customers understand and realize maximum value from using our solutions for their use cases.
To be successful you need to have:
Bachelors degree in marketing/business/technology or equivalent.
5 years of experience in product management.
2 product management experience with consumer payments.
Experience in one or more local and international payment schemes (SEPA FPS SWIFT or other).
Experience with platform/API products.
Ability to advocate for new features using qualitative and qualitative reasoning.
Ability to work with ambiguity to create an actionable roadmap.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
