Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and resultsdriven Sales & Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market share for our range of consumer electronics products including LED TVs Geysers Fans Coolers and Washing Machines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
  • Identify develop and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners (distributors retailers dealers).
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Negotiate and close deals with channel partners ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives (if applicable).
  • Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Represent the company at industry events trade shows and conferences.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing excellent customer service and support.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.




Requirements


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
  • 5 years of proven experience in sales and business development within the consumer electronics industry.
  • Strong understanding of the consumer electronics market including product knowledge pricing and distribution channels.
  • Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong work ethic and a resultsoriented approach.
