Job Summary You are crucial as Manager of Nursing Registered Nurse 1 in creating a supportive healthy space for staff. Your responsibilities include promoting toptier nursing practices and ensuring a nurturing environment. You play a key role in planning policy formation resource allocation improvement efforts and educational program design. Providing nursing care is also essential. LOCATION/FACILITY: Baylor Scott & White Health Centennial Frisco TX SPECIALITY/DEPARTMENT PRACTICE: Emergency Department SHIFT/SCHEDULE: Full time days MondayFriday with flexibility to work with night and weekend shift staff Qualifications A Bachelors degree in Nursing is needed for this role. A minimum of three years relevant experience is desired. Registered Nurse Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of starting the job.
