Business Analyst and System Management (DispatchTrack) Specialist
Contract Period: 2/15/2025 12/31/2025
Work Location: Ridgefield Park NJ
Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detailoriented Business Analyst and System Management Specialist to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. This role combines system administration user support and business analysis to ensure operational efficiency drive innovation and support organizational goals. The ideal candidate will manage IT systems facilitate datadriven decisions and streamline processes through effective collaboration and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
System Administration and Technical Support:
- Perform routine system maintenance and oversee upgrade rollouts to ensure reliability and optimal performance.
- Manage user accounts permissions and profiles while addressing technical issues promptly.
- Maintain and update dashboards for accurate and actionable data visualization.
- Monitor system data and performance metrics identifying trends and addressing anomalies proactively.
Carrier Support:
- Communicate with Logistics Carrier to identify the issue and troubleshoot
Data Integration:
- Ensure the data is integrated accurately between all relevant systems (Client Internal 3rd Party Solutions )
Business Analysis:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into system requirements.
- Conduct thorough analyses of existing processes recommending best practices
- Facilitate master data management and governance ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
User Support and Training:
- Train new users on system tools protocols and best practices to ensure seamless adoption.
- Administer and analyze Net Promoter Score (NPS) surveys leveraging insights for service improvements.
- Serve as a liaison for carrierrelated technical issues ensuring effective communication and resolution.
Strategic Contributions:
- Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards to support decisionmaking processes.
- Drive innovation by identifying opportunities for automation efficiency and costsaving measures.
- Partner with crossfunctional teams to deliver scalable and sustainable solutions.
Qualifications:
- Required Logistics Business Support Experience (5 years)
- Required Logistics Management Application (5 years DispatchTrack is huge )
- Proven experience in business analysis system administration or related technical support roles. (5 years)
- Prefer to Korean Speaking as an 2nd Language
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business requirements into actionable technical solutions.
- Excellent communication collaboration and training skills.
- Familiarity with data monitoring tools and survey platforms is a plus.
- Strong project management and prioritization abilities.
