Job Description
- During your internship you will engage and update communication channels to ensure effective and efficient information flow within the department and with partner departments as well as to communicate updates news and release notes fostering collaboration and alignment across the organization.
- You will be assisting in the creation of marketing documents including presentations to support the promotion of logistics solutions and services.
- In addition you will utilize AIbased video tools to create engaging and informative videos to showcase logistics solutions and processes.
- Moreover you will manage surveys to partners such as suppliers carriers and plants and analyze the results to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- You will provide support in onboarding trainings related to logistics solutions ensuring that new team members are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills.
- Furthermore you will assist us in internal and external communication efforts including content creation and dissemination through various channel.
- Finally you will emphasize user experience (UX) in logistics solutions contribute ideas and insights to enhance the usability and effectiveness of the solutions.
Qualifications :
- Education: studies in the field of in Business Administration Marketing Communication Design Media or comparable
- Experience and Knowledge: proficient in PowerPoint and Excel with additional skills in survey creation understanding webpage design Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator and user experience is advantageous
- Personality and Working Practice: a creative openminded communicative and solutionoriented individual who is wellstructured and precise as well as has a basic understanding of logistics and supply chain processes
- Enthusiasm: passion for marketing communication and logistics
- Languages: fluent in English and in German
Additional Information :
Start: according to prior agreement
Duration: 12 months
Requirement for this internship is the enrollment at university. Please attach your CV transcript of records enrollment certificate examination regulations and if indicated a valid work and residence permit.
