Job Description

Position Overview We are looking for a skilled and knowledgeable HR Compliance executive  with expertise in Contract Labour Regulation & Abolition (CLRA) Act Principal Employer compliance and related statutory returns. The candidate will ensure that our organization adheres to all statutory regulations and maintains strong relationships with external authorities for smooth operations. This position requires thorough knowledge of compliance regulations timely submissions of returns and managing internal and external service providers audits effectively. Key Responsibilities

CLRA Compliance:

Ensure adherence to the Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act 1970 and related regulations.

Maintain accurate records of contract labour arrangements and ensure timely renewals and registrations.

Ensure proper documentation and reporting of contract labour under the Act including maintaining records of wages working hours and other statutory requirements.

External service provider audit and MIS /Dashboard

Principal Employer Compliance:

Compliance returns knowledge of Principal Employer responsibilities.

Ensure that all principal employer obligations under labour laws are met including registering with the appropriate authorities and submitting the necessary returns.

Monitor compliance with labourrelated provisions across our BGSW locations .

Statutory Returns & Filings:

Prepare and file regular compliance returns to regulatory bodies including Labour and Employment EPFO ESIC and others.

Ensure timely and accurate submission of all required forms and returns including wage records PF/ESI contributions and contractorrelated documentation.

Coordination with External Authorities:

Liaise with external authorities like labour inspectors government bodies and other regulatory agencies.

Address queries provide documents for inspections and resolve any compliancerelated issues raised by external authorities.

Stay updated on changes to labour laws and ensure the companys compliance with the latest regulations.

Audit and Risk Management:

Conduct periodic internal audits to ensure compliance with labour laws and other regulatory requirements.

Assess potential compliance risks and recommend corrective actions.

Assist in audits by external agencies and resolve any discrepancies. Qualifications

MSW/ MBA in  Human Resources or related field (Masters preferred).

Proven experience of 5 to 7  years in HR compliance specifically with CLRA and Principal Employer compliance.

Strong understanding of Indian labour laws including the Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act 1970 S&E Act and other relevant labour legislations.

Experience in handling statutory filings and returns (EPFO ESIC etc.).

Good  communication skills and experience in liaising with external authorities.

Proficiency in MS Office MIS and compliance management software.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
