As a Client Services Team Manager you will oversee the client services team ensuring the delivery of highquality administration across the full lifecycle of client acquisition and management. Skills and Experience You Need:
- Technical Competence: Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office is essential. Experience with financial platforms like CURO or Transact is a major advantage (training provided).
- Leadership Skills: Proven experience in managing and developing a team with strong organisational and communication skills.
- Client Interaction: Confidence in talking to clients and handling their queries directly is crucial. Youll need to be wellorganised and have excellent attention to detail.
- Ethics and Integrity: High standards of ethics and integrity are a must. You should be diligent and able to chase matters to completion.
- Desirable Experience: Prior experience in the financial advice profession or similar roles is beneficial. Progression in Certificate or Diploma in Financial Planning is desirable but not essential.
