Position: Director Procurement Digital Solutions

Job Summary:
As the Director of Procurement Digital Solutions you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of digital solutions for our clients procurement processes. You will work closely with a procurement team to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to streamline and optimize our procurement operations. You will also be responsible for managing a team of digital solution specialists and ensuring the successful execution of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and implementation of digital solutions for clients procurement processes including but not limited to eprocurement systems contract management systems and supplier management systems.
Collaborate with the procurement team to identify pain points and areas for improvement in current procurement processes.
Develop and implement strategies to streamline and optimize procurement operations using digital solutions.
Manage a team of digital solution specialists providing guidance support and coaching as needed.
Oversee the execution of digital solution projects ensuring they are completed on time within budget and meet the desired outcomes.
Stay uptodate with industry trends and advancements in procurement technology and make recommendations for incorporating new tools and systems into our processes.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including IT finance and operations to ensure seamless integration of digital solutions into overall business operations.
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and technology partners to ensure the best solutions are being utilized for our procurement processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in business supply chain management or a related field. Masters degree preferred.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Proven experience in developing and implementing digital solutions for procurement processes.
Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience managing and coaching a team.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in procurement software and technology.
Ability to adapt to a fastpaced dynamic environment and drive change.
