Senior Project Manager: 1 Role
1. and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp;Manage internal resources of the project teams task assignments priorities team deliverables issues and risks stakeholder engagement project communication project financials.
2. and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp;Manage all aspects of the relationship with vendors including but not limited to the following: requirements management facilitation of negotiations contract management vendor onboarding SLA adherence.
3. and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp;Provide regular communication and status updates to the Manager on all aspects of the project. Prepare briefings presentations and other project documentation for Senior Managers and C Level Executives for the purpose of obtaining approvals.
4. and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp;Manage project issues and risks (e.g. identify monitor escalate resolve and report) through the team. Escalate issues to the Manager. Inform the issues logs and risk registers for the overall project if applicable.
5. and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp;Lead facilitate coordinate project team meetings. Track action items decision items risks and issues that come out of meetings and updates Manager.
6. and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp;Work closely with project stakeholders to ensure the objectives of the project are being met. and nbsp;

and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp;Previous experience managing security projects based on IAM components such as public key infrastructure (PKI) hardware security modules (HSM) SSL certificates etc.
and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp;10 years experience in technology project management; at least 5 years must include projects that required large technology procurements.

Transfer of knowledge from the Senior Project Manager FFS resource to sustainment OPS employees:

and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp;Knowledge records or other standard operational artefacts required for the OPS to manage and support the new agreement with the vendor i.e. Entrust.
and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp;Documentation on Threat Risk Assessments (TRAs) security clearances and all OPS agreements with the vendor.
Knowledge transfer will be conducted through workshops lessons learned briefings role shadowing monthly checkpoints and reverse shadowing on technical design configurations industry leading practices problem management tools/tactics new technologies and informal knowledge transfers.
Must Have:
