The Web Travel Group an ASX 200 listed company (ASX: WEB) is a global B2B organisation servicing the travel industry connecting hotels and other travel sellers to a diverse network of travel buyers all over the world through our trade only digital travel marketplace brand WebBeds.

How will you make an impact
As an IAM Architect you will lead the design and implementation of our Identity and Access Management architecture driving governance evaluating new tools and aligning solutions with business objectives. Youll work closely with stakeholders and communicate updates to ensure robust and secure outcomes across the organization.
Key elements to the role include:
- Support the implementation of our future state roadmap and architectural design for our Identity and Access Management program.
- Maintain and enhance enterprise Identity and Access Management architecture across all areas of the organisation.
- Conduct proof of values for new Identity and Access Management tools and lead the onboarding and implementation of these tools.
- Contribute to architecture governance forums providing broader governance over other initiatives and activities to ensure quality outcome.
- Work with key stakeholders to ensure were achieving alignment between business objectives and our Identity and Access Management program.
- Sit on our steering committee and other project meetings to and communicate the architecture and implementation updates to key stakeholders.

- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Ability to understand the perspective of key business owners and stakeholders to ensure alignment with their business requirements.
- Experience with Identity and Access Management transformation programs.
- Experience across multiple information security roles with the focus on Identity and Access Management architectures and security control frameworks (NIST ISO 27001:2022);
- Broad experience across multiple security domains;
- Experience in developing and maintaining formal architectural governance frameworks and governing initiatives;
- Experience with Identity and Access Management technology and solutions including Entra ID IGA and PAM tools.
- Detailed knowledge of industry standards including: SCIM SAML OAuth OIDC and LDAP.
