Key Responsibilities:
- Transfer of Shares:
- Manage and oversee the process of share transfers ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to facilitate the transfer process including documentation and approvals.
- Maintain accurate records of share ownership and related transactions.
- Partners Books Maintenance:
- Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of partners financial records and books.
- Prepare and update financial statements for partners including profitsharing calculations.
- Assist in audits and prepare relevant documentation as required.
- Financial Reporting:
- Support the preparation of financial reports including monthly quarterly and annual reports.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and variances; present findings to management.
- Compliance and Governance:
- Ensure adherence to internal controls policies and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the implementation of best practices in finance operations.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with other finance team members auditors and external partners to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Provide support in various financerelated projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- M.Com degree is a must.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance operations specifically in share transfer and partners book maintenance.
- Strong understanding of financial principles and regulations.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
