Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Transfer of Shares:
  • Manage and oversee the process of share transfers ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to facilitate the transfer process including documentation and approvals.
  • Maintain accurate records of share ownership and related transactions.
  1. Partners Books Maintenance:
  • Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of partners financial records and books.
  • Prepare and update financial statements for partners including profitsharing calculations.
  • Assist in audits and prepare relevant documentation as required.
  1. Financial Reporting:
  • Support the preparation of financial reports including monthly quarterly and annual reports.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and variances; present findings to management.
  1. Compliance and Governance:
  • Ensure adherence to internal controls policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in the implementation of best practices in finance operations.
  1. Collaboration:
  • Work closely with other finance team members auditors and external partners to ensure smooth financial operations.
  • Provide support in various financerelated projects as needed.
Qualifications:
  • M.Com degree is a must.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance operations specifically in share transfer and partners book maintenance.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles and regulations.
  • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
