Job Description
The Head of Accounting and Finance will be a strategic partner in driving the companys financial performance ensuring compliance and supporting business growth. This role requires a leader with strong analytical skills a thorough understanding of Indian financial regulations and the ability to navigate the complexities of the software/IT industry.
- Proven 5 work experience as a Finance lead or similar leadership role.
- Handson experience with budgeting and risk management
- Oversee endtoend accounting operations ensuring accuracy and compliance with Indian GAAP and US GAAP
- Proficiency in accounting software SAP/Oracle or similar ERP
- Advanced knowledge of Direct Tax and Transfer Price
- Advanced knowledge of Indirect Tax (GST and RCM)
- Working knowledge of Customs and STPI
- Solid analytical and decisionmaking skills
- Experience in managing entitylevel compliance in the required geography
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with global teams demonstrating strong cultural sensitivity and adaptability in diverse work environments
- Build and lead a highperforming finance team fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
- Stakeholder management and liaise with regulatory authorities
Qualifications :
Education : Chartered accountant (CA)
