Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze upcoming PI features for Salesforce.
- Understand Business Use Cases and Objectives or do refinement sessions with the SME´s.
- Document Solution Design with best practices and walkthrough with team.
- Align with Program Architect and SME about the Solution Approach.
- Create a Work Breakdown Structure by Slicing the Requirements based on the Design to Well Defined User Stories.
- Support Team Estimations on User Story Level.
- Understanding of SAFE Agile framework and lead in different SAFe events – PI Planning Design Sessions Sprint Planning Daily Standups Sprint Review System Demo.
- Good Salesforce Techno Functional Knowledge with the Product.
- Create technical documentation including solution designs configuration guides and release notes.
- Provide training and support to end users on Salesforce functionality.
- Active Participation and Demo functionalities in different SAFe Events.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases features and best practices.
- Proactively identify opportunities suggest ideas and value adds for process improvement and automation within the Salesforce ecosystem.
