Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze upcoming PI features for Salesforce.
  • Understand Business Use Cases and Objectives or do refinement sessions with the SME´s.
  • Document Solution Design with best practices and walkthrough with team.
  • Align with Program Architect and SME about the Solution Approach.
  • Create a Work Breakdown Structure by Slicing the Requirements based on the Design to Well Defined User Stories.
  • Support Team Estimations on User Story Level.
  • Understanding of SAFE Agile framework and lead in different SAFe events – PI Planning Design Sessions Sprint Planning Daily Standups Sprint Review System Demo.
  • Good Salesforce Techno Functional Knowledge with the Product.
  • Create technical documentation including solution designs configuration guides and release notes.
  • Provide training and support to end users on Salesforce functionality.
  • Active Participation and Demo functionalities in different SAFe Events.
  • Stay current with Salesforce releases features and best practices.
  • Proactively identify opportunities suggest ideas and value adds for process improvement and automation within the Salesforce ecosystem.
