Job Description

Chemical Production Technician

MACH I Inc. is a small business located in King of Prussia PA. Our focus is the manufacturing and distribution of chemical ingredients for the defense and aerospace industries.

Responsibilities:

Production and packaging of antioxidant powders

Production and packaging of Nano scale iron oxide

Distribution support including repacking and labeling of chemicals

Support of the MACHI chemist in the production of new chemicals

Calibration and testing of products on analytical equipment including Karl Fischer BET Surface Area DSC and FTIR

General facility support

Requirements

Employee Requirements:

Associates or BS degree in chemistry or 2 years experience in an associated field

US Citizen with a willingness to work to support the US Defense Base

Clean background clearance

Familiarity with the safe handling of chemicals

Able to use basic computer software and the use of programs once trained

It would be beneficial to have some mechanical aptitude

Flexibility to work hands on in a small business environment
