Acting as the primary point of contact youll support clients with service delivery troubleshoot trade data issues and provide training. This role offers handson exposure to the financial industry with a focus on customer engagement product enhancement and onboarding new clients. Youll collaborate closely with our global product development and sales teams to deliver exceptional service.
