Overview
We are seeking an experienced Retail Director to oversee and optimize the retail operations for mobile products across Europe and the Americas. The role will focus on enhancing the brands footprint in offline retail environments driving sales and fostering strong partnerships with regional retail teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive retail strategy to increase the visibility and sales of mobile products in Europe and the Americas.
- Collaborate with retail partners and regional teams to establish and maintain an effective retail presence.
- Monitor and analyze retail performance metrics identifying opportunities to optimize sales and improve customer experiences.
- Ensure retail staff are welltrained and equipped to represent the brand and products professionally.
- Lead initiatives to enhance product display customer engagement and overall retail execution.
Key Requirements
- Extensive experience in retail management with a strong preference for candidates with experience in the mobile or consumer electronics sector.
- Proven expertise in navigating the retail markets in Europe and the Americas.
- Experience managing retail teams and collaborating with retail partners to achieve business goals.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin (or other relevant languages) to support effective communication across diverse regions.
- Bachelors degree or higher in business marketing or a related field.
