Overview:
Join a niche luxury perfume brand where your expertise in supply chain and logistics will play a pivotal role in managing highend products and ensuring seamless international operations. With a focus on beauty or cosmetics youll contribute to stock management customs documentation and collaboration with teams in France and China. This role is remote with occasional visits to the Paris office making it an exciting opportunity for someone with a proactive and solutiondriven mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Stock and Logistics Management
- Oversee stock levels for luxury perfume products ensuring smooth operations and optimal inventory control.
- Support French customs documentation to ensure compliance and timely processing.
- Collaborate closely with international teams particularly in France and China.
- Supplier and Client Relations
- Identify and onboard new EU suppliers focusing on quality and reliability.
- Manage existing client portfolios while driving new client acquisition efforts.
- Handle export and channel management to expand business reach.
- Business Growth
- Leverage personal networks or bring an active portfolio to enhance business opportunities.
- Provide creative and persistent solutions to client and supply chain challenges.
Qualifications and Skills
- Background: Studies or professional experience in supply chain logistics or a related field.
- Experience: Prior exposure to the luxury beauty or cosmetics industries is a strong plus.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding abilities.
- Nativelevel proficiency in French and strong working proficiency in English.
- Strong business acumen with a clientcentric approach.
- Persistent creative and solutionoriented mindset.
- Practicalities:
- Remote role with occasional office attendance near Paris.
- Driving license required; having a car is an advantage.
- Male candidates are preferred.
