Job Responsibilities:
- Forge and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Identify and cultivate qualified sales leads to drive business growth.
- Sell and negotiate comprehensive suite of logistics services.
- Secure and retain new clients by delivering exceptional value propositions.
- Prepare accurate and competitive quotes for both current and prospective clients.
- Leverage analytical skills to develop customized logistics plans.
- Proactively anticipate and troubleshoot potential issues ensuring seamless freight movement.
- Conduct postshipment followups to gauge customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
- Achieve individual team and company objectives through dedicated performance.
- Collaborate seamlessly with Operations and international partners to optimize freight movement efficiency.
Requirements:
- Minimum 34 years sales experience in the logistics ocean forwarding domestic and cross border transportation.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia language is a must.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to negotiate rates sell services and build professional relationships via telephone and email.
