About the role
As an Infrastructure & Cloud Engineer at Nordiska you will play a crucial role in designing implementing and maintaining our cloud infrastructure across Azure and Google Cloud platforms. You will be responsible for managing our Kubernetes clusters containerized applications and ensuring the reliability and security of our production environments. Working closely with development teams youll implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines Infrastructure as Code solutions and help establish best practices for cloud operations and security.
Requirements
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent experience
At least 3 years of experience with cloud platforms particularly Azure and Google Cloud
Strong experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration
Proficient in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform Bicep ARM templates or similar)
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Knowledge of .NET and Scala environments
Strong understanding of security best practices in cloud environments
Experience with monitoring logging and observability tools
Solid scripting skills (PowerShell Bash)
Nice to have
Security certifications (Azure Security Engineer Google Cloud Security Engineer)
Knowledge of compliance requirements in the financial sector
Experience with GitOps practices
Familiarity with cloud cost optimization
Previous experience from the financial sector
