We are now seeking an Investor Relations & ESG manager reporting to the Head of Investor Relations & ESG. The role involves executing the investor relations strategy communicating the companys financial performance and ESG initiatives to investors sellside analysts and the broader financial community.
YOUR MISSION
Serve as a point of contact for sellside analysts institutional investors and shareholders
Prepare and present financial strategic and ESG updates at investor events including earning calls and conferences
Monitor and analyze industry trends ESGtrends peer performance and investor perceptions to provide strategic insights to the leadership team
Develop and manage investor materials such as press releases presentations annual and ESG reports.
Drive ESG integration into corporate strategy and ensure alignment with investor expectations and best practices.
Ensure compliance with investor relations and ESG disclosure regulations.
Lead and support the daytoday ESG work for the group
Maintain and update the investor relations section of the company website with current financial and ESG information
YOUR BACKSTORY
Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Business Administration or related field. A Masters degree is a plus
25 years of experience in investor relations finance or capital markets and/or sustainability
Understanding financial statements equity markets investor relations and corporate sustainability best practices
Knowledge of ESG and CSRD framework as well as experience in developing and communicating ESG strategies and reports
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Swedish
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities across diverse teams and cultures
