Job Description
We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated fulltime Care Assistants to join our team. As a Care Assistant you will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort safety and wellbeing of your clients during our visiting hours (between 07:00 22:00). This position offers an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others while working alongside a supportive team in a rewarding environment.
Our office covers the areas of Havant Hayling Island Emsworth Waterlooville and Clanfield.
Responsibilities
- Providing personal care and assistance to residents with tasks such as bathing dressing and grooming.
- Assisting with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
- Supporting residents with mobility and transferring using proper lifting and transferring techniques.
- Monitoring and recording vital signs and other relevant information reporting any changes or concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
- Engaging residents in meaningful activities and social interactions to promote emotional wellbeing and mental stimulation.
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents adhering to health and safety guidelines at all times.
- Collaborating effectively with colleagues and other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standard of care for residents.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with residents families and colleagues.
- Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic and a commitment to upholding the values and standards of our organisation.
- Flexibility to work evening shifts including weekends and holidays as needed. For the full time position we would require full availability every other weekend.
- Full UK Drivers License with access to your own vehicle.
- Employment is subjective to a full Adults Enhanced DBS check.
