Job Description
We now have a new requirement and are looking for a consultant colleague with the qualifications listed below. The position is part of our consulting business which means you will be employed by us and work either with clients or on internal projects and assignments.

Job Description
- Ensuring project objectives road maps and scope are agreed and continually prioritized in alignment with program strategy
- Overseeing project execution including release and deployment activities and ensure deliverables are completed in timely fashion meeting quality criteria and applicable KPIs
- Motivating people and building highperforming teams
- Managing risks and dependencies developing contingency plans to mitigate open issues
- Collaborating to create optimal execution setups and organizing efficient ways of working in close coordination with key stakeholders
- Running key ceremonies under established program governance and provide supporting structures for effective communication and reporting
- Interacting with senior stakeholders both businessfacing and on the IT side managing expectations and securing shared buyin
- Fostering collaboration and steering teams towards culture of continuous improvements knowledge sharing and the adoption of best practices
- Coaching and mentoring team members establishing feedback loops and encouraging constant learning
- Experience in SAFe methodology and Credit Risk domain knowledge
Your Profile (Musthave requirements)
- Minimum 35 years of Scrum Master and/or delivery management experience
- Accustomed to work in large and complex IT architecture landscapes
- Experience in Financial Services preferrable in the Credit risk domain and more specifically Risk models (preferable)
Key qualities:
- Proactive curious and a positive cando attitude embraces continuous improvements
- Strong stakeholder management experience and effective communication skills
- Takes ownership to resolve blockers impediments
- Hands on experience on Jira setup confluence and other relevant SDLC tools
