The Role
Were seeking a handson Software Engineering Leader to take charge of the Customer Master Data (CMD) product in the Customer Engagement Domain. As a key player in shaping IKEAs digital future youll lead engineering efforts to deliver scalable secure and customercentric solutions that enable seamless personalized IKEA experiences globally.
What Youll Do
Own engineering for the CMD product aligning across teams and domains.
Collaborate with the Product Owner to cocreate and execute a forwardlooking technical roadmap.
Champion best practices in code quality scalability and security while ensuring simplicity and sustainability.
Mentor and inspire engineers fostering a culture of innovation learning and collaboration.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex challenges to ensure smooth product delivery and performance.
Represent IKEAs technical leadership and commitment to meaningful customer solutions internally and externally.
What You Bring
10 years in software development with expertise in solution architecture and agile practices.
3 years of cloud experience (preferably Azure).
Proficiency in technologies like Node.js .NET Python C# Java Databricks SPARQL and APIs.
Strong leadership and communication skills to inspire teams and engage diverse stakeholders.
Passion for innovation and building digital products that put the customer first.

Additional Information :
This is a fulltime position (40 hours per week) based in Malm Sweden. Youll report to the Product Manager for the Customer Engagement Domain.
