The role
- Correspondence management
- Record keeping: creating storing and archiving documents; database management
- Administrative support for the Finance Department
- Preparing and formatting reports
- Assisting in projects carried out by other employees
About you
- Communicative knowledge of English
- Knowledge of other European languages would be an advantage
- computer and office software knowledge Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook)
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Proactivity and initiative
