Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Civil Site Inspector to join our team and assist in overseeing the quality safety and compliance of our construction projects. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards in line with project specifications regulatory requirements and industry best practices. If you have a keen eye for detail and a strong background in site inspections wed love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Site Inspections Perform regular inspections to ensure construction work aligns with approved plans codes and safety regulations.
- Ensure Quality Control Monitor materials and workmanship conduct tests and report any defects or noncompliance issues.
- Enforce Safety & Compliance Identify hazards ensure adherence to health safety and environmental standards and recommend corrective actions.
- Document & Report Findings Maintain detailed records prepare inspection reports and communicate findings to engineers project managers and stakeholders.
Qualifications :
- A diploma in construction management or a related field
- 8 years of experience working in the civil construction industry
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to engage with our stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and liaise with contractors engineers and project teams
