Job Description
Role:
- Test Coordination: Organize and coordinate all aspects of operational testing across relevant teams in the project and line organisation
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with multiple teams inside and outside the project and technical teams to gather test requirements and understand and adapt testing needs
- Test Case Management: Assist in the development review and maintenance of test cases and scenarios.
- Tracking and Reporting: Monitor test progress maintaining detailed records of testing activities outcomes and defect statuses. Provide regular reports to stakeholders on testing progress.
- Issue Resolution: Act as a liaison between testing teams and development teams to facilitate quick resolution of identified issues and ensure timely communication of impacts to stakeholders.
- User Training and Support: Support endusers during the testing phase by providing necessary training and assistance with regards to test procedures and tools
Essential requirements:
- Experience in coordinating testing activities particularly in SAP environments.
- Strong understanding of business operations and processes.
- Excellent communication organizational and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
This role is essential in ensuring that operational testing is organized thorough and effectively supports the successful deployment of the SAP system within the organization.
