Tasks
As a Crypto Lawyer you will play a pivotal role in providing legal guidance and support related to all aspects of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology. You will work closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure compliance with relevant regulations navigate complex legal challenges and contribute to the development and execution of legal strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Provide legal counsel on a broad range of cryptocurrency and blockchain matters
- Stay abreast of regulatory developments and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Draft and review contracts agreements and legal documents pertaining to cryptocurrency transactions and partnerships
- Collaborate with internal teams to address legal implications and risks associated with business initiatives
- Conduct legal research to support strategic decisionmaking
- Participate in negotiations and assist in the resolution of disputes
Requirements
Experience:
- 3 years of professional experience in a Crypto Lawyer role
- Knowledge or experience in Finance and/or Decentralized Finance and/or Cryptocurrency/Blockchain is an advantage
- Indepth understanding of relevant legal frameworks and regulations
- Strong negotiation communication and analytical skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities to assess complex legal issues
- Must be proficient with Microsoft tools including Outlook 365 and Teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Level of studies: Diploma Bachelor or Master Degree in Law
Language Requirements: Fluent in English
