Tasks
- Design develop and implement advanced ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements and optimize operational processes.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to analyze system requirements and design scalable highperformance solutions using ServiceNow platform capabilities.
- Lead the integration of ServiceNow modules with thirdparty applications and ensure seamless interoperability and data integrity.
- Mentor and guide junior developers providing technical expertise and best practices in ServiceNow development and customization.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of ServiceNow applications to ensure software quality and reliability adhering to industry standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of handson experience with ServiceNow development and administration.
- Proven track record in at least one of the following ServiceNow modules: IRM our GRC
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting tools (Business Rules Client Scripts UI Actions etc.).
- Familiarity with ServiceNow APIs REST SOAP and integration methods.
- Understanding of ITIL frameworks and best practices.
- Excellent communication analytical and problemsolving abilities.
