Job Description

Tasks

  • Build relationships and convert leads into satisfied customers
  • Serve as a key point of contact for the Team Manager and Sales function liaising with the companys headquarters
  • Assess and understand the specific needs of potential clients identified through digital acquisition channels and recommend the most suitable products and services.
  • Work closely with the Customer Service team to strengthen client loyalty by responding to inquiries via email and phone and ensuring their satisfaction through appropriate actions
  • Contribute to the refinement and implementation of procedures and tools to support ongoing development within the market

Requirements

  • Native level of German
  • Professional level of English
  • Previous experience in call center as a sales consultant with strong skills in managing daily inbound calls and occasional outbound contacts
  • Skilled in effectively handling objections and offering tailored solutions to meet potential clients needs
  • Interest in embracing the multidisciplinary approach of an international startup
